For 84 days, the fascist colonial apartheid regime of Israel has been waging a genocidal war on the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank. For 12 weeks, the criminal Zionist Entity has murdered more than 21,300 Palestinians in Gaza along with 300 Palestinians in the West Bank. More than 70% of these deaths as well as of the 55,000 injuries are of children and women, exposing the criminal intent of this colonial regime.
Throughout the days of this genocidal war, Netanyahu's regime perpetrated all sorts of war crimes, and violated all international laws and conventions, including the use of internationally prohibited weapons like White Phosphorus and the torture of civilians after arresting them and other war crimes.
But the worst of all is the Zionist regime's systematic genocide and ethnic cleansing against our Palestinian people.
While these crimes have been committed with Israeli hands, they were sponsored and backed by the US administration. We therefore hold the Biden administration, especially the president himself and his foreign and defense secretaries, accountable for their direct role in sponsoring and orchestrating this ongoing genocide.
Despite the devastating and brutal aggression on Gaza that destroyed most of the government buildings and facilities, the authorities in Gaza still continue to perform the vital services - most notably the security services - to the people in Gaza.
We also hold the international community accountable for their failure to stop the genocide in spite of the clear international rejection manifested in millions of people marching worldwide against the genocide, and 153 countries voting at the UN General Assembly for a ceasefire.
The failure to stop this genocide is a dark moment in the history of mankind. Future generations will not look kindly at your inability to stop this entitled fascist regime from committing genocide.
We assure our people, the Palestinian people, and our allies and friends worldwide that in spite of the huge destruction caused by Israel's brutal war machine and in spite of the large number of casualties, the Netanyahu regime has failed miserably in their attempt to break the will and spirit of the Palestinian people. Our people will continue to deny Netanyahu any victory.
After 84 days of Israel's genocidal war on Gaza:
• Israel has failed in achieving any of its pronounced goals of their ground aggression.
• Palestinians continue to reject any plans of ethnic cleansing and expulsion.
• Our resistance continues to neutralize invading soldiers and to destroy their military vehicles.
• In this regard, We would like to draw Netanyahu's attention to the conclusions made by former Israeli army Chief, Dan Halutz: that Israel has lost to Hamas, and that Netanyahu has to go.
While we express our warm wishes to our Christian citizens on the Christmas, especially the steadfast Palestinian Christians facing all sorts of apartheid Israeli policies, we salute all the churches that suspended this year's Christmas celebrations in solidarity with the people of Gaza.
On the political level, We reiterate that there will be no prisoner swap deal nor negotiation under fire until the Israeli aggression ends. Meanwhile, we say that we are open to any initiative that can end this Israeli genocidal war.
And here we confirm to all those who are engaged or concerned about the post-aggression period, that this is a Palestinian internal affair and is only decided by a Palestinian leadership that represents all our Palestinian people.

We salute the Palestinian people for their steadfastness in the face of this fascist apartheid regime.
We salute the free people of world who have been marching against Israeli genocide and have been leading powerful boycott campaigns against the Zionist regime and its allies."
